Our team is comprised of highly skilled Behaviour Support Practitioners, including Board-Certified and NDIS-registered Advanced Practitioners, who specialise in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), functional behavioural assessment, and tailored intervention planning. With a strong emphasis on ethical practice, we work closely with individuals, families, and service providers to enhance quality of life, reduce restrictive practices, and promote independence.

Beyond behaviour support, Elite Minds offers a wide range of clinical consultancy services, including professional supervision for allied health professionals, organisational training, and stakeholder education. We are committed to strengthening the capacity of providers, building resilience in families, and embedding best-practice strategies across diverse care settings.
